WEEKLY WORD AGENDA

We are convinced that Praying and Confessing the Word of God is the key to answered prayer. We have listed a targeted area for every day of the week and encourage you to pray and confess the Word for yourselves and others.

SALVATION SUNDAYS

Salvation: deliverance from the power and penalty of sin. All have sinned and come short of God’s standard, but His Son Jesus paid the price for sin.

 

  • John 3:16-17 16For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

 

  • Matthew 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

 

  • 1 Timothy 1:15 Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners--of whom I am the worst.

MARRIAGE MONDAYS

Marriage: the legal union between a man and a woman.

​

  • Genesis 2:24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

 

  • Genesis 2:18 The Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."

 

  • Hebrews 13:4 Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.

 

  • Ephesians 5: 21-33 21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. 22 Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. 25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26 to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, no one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church-- 30 for we are members of his body. 31 "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh." 32 This is a profound mystery--but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

THINGS TUESDAYS

Things: material objects, goods, finances. Tangible resources. Accomplishment of goals. In Matthew 6:33 Jesus said that God would add “things” to us.

 

  • Psalms 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want or lack, I have what I need.

 

  • 3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

 

  • John 10:10b I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

 

  • Mark 11:22-24 22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

 

  • 1 John 5:14-15 14 And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us: 15 And if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

WHOLENESS WEDNESDAYS

Wholeness: not broken, damaged or impaired.

 

Health / Healing

 

  • Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

 

  • 1 Peter 2:24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.

 

  • Mark 16:16-18 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

 

  • Psalms 103:1-5 1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: 3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; 4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; 5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

 

  • 1 John 3:8  For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

 

  • Psalms 107:20  He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

 

  • Jeremiah 17:14  Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise

TRIBE THURSDAYS

Tribe: a company, group, or number of persons with or without biological connections. This can consist of family members, co-workers, teammates, classmates, neighbors, etc.

Parent Roles:

  • Matthew 19:13-14 13Then little children were brought to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked those who brought them. 14 Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

  • Proverbs 22:6 Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.

  • Ephesians 6:4 And now a word to you fathers. Don't make your children angry by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction approved by the Lord.

FORERUNNER FRIDAYS

Forerunner: the person or group of people that go ahead, that leads the way.

 

Leadership

 

Church:         Pastor, ministers, ministries, mentors / Other Supporting Ministries

Authority:     President, Local, National, Worldwide, Workplace

 

  • 1 Timothy 2:1-4 1 I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone-- 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth

 

  • Isaiah 62:6-7 6I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, 7 and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.

SERVICE SATURDAYS

Service: Helping and assisting others in or outside of the church. Giving your time, talent and / or treasure to benefit others.
